Generac models that have the Nexus controller and battery sentinel (a built-in battery charging system) require a T1 control wire along with the N1, N2, 23, and 194. If connecting a pre-wired switch a 0 (zero) wire will also be required. Check with your installer that this additional wire was connected before contacting a service dealer.
