120 Gal. Total Capacity Tank will yeild 72 Usable Gal. (@ 40F) Measures 57" Length x 24" Diameter x 33" Height

150 Gal. Total Capacity Tank will yeild 90 Usable Gal. (@ 40F) Measures 68" Lenght x 24" Diameter x 33" Height

250 Gal. Total Capacity Tank will yeild 150 Usable Gal. (@ 40F) Measures 94" Length x 30" Diameter x 39" Height

500 Gal. Total Capacity Tank will yeild 300 Usable Gal. (@ 40F) Measures 119" Length x 37" Diameter x 46" Height

How long will an 8KW generator run at 1/2 load on 200 gallon tank of propane? Right now the home is propane heated with 2 above ground 100 gallon tanks. Long term plan is to bury 1000 gallon tank but we are going to need to approach this phases, starting with the purchase of a standby unit to replace a portable.

The Generac 8kW Standby generator consumes .94 gallons/hour propane at 1/2 load and 1.68 gallons/hour at full load. This information is from Generac's specs for this generator.
