If you ordered extra items with your generator they will either be included inside the generator packaging or shipped seperately.  If you have a question about how your order was shipped please contact our shipping department (shipping@norwall.com) have your invoice number available so they can look up your order.

Each item shipped will have it's own tracking number, our shipping department will make all tracking information available to you.
