3. Quality and peace of mind

   I recently had a 14 kw unit installed and it has totally set my mind at ease. After completing the setup and testing the unit, we switched back over to the power coming in from the lines and noticed just the slightest blink in the lights. No brown-out type of conditions or lack of power while the generator ran. Norwall made the delivery almost to the day that they promised. Features that I appreciate are the smart charger to prolong battery life, screening to keep rodents from building nests on the unit and the 200 amp service to protect my home appliances. Even more than I expected.

4. Better than the Kohler generator

   We have installed both Kohler and Generac generators over the last 10 years. In fact I have a Kohler 12 KW at my house and a 17 KW Kohler generator at my wifes store. Both have had many issues. Have only had one call back with a Generac generator. A starting issue which was easly resolved by a Generac factory tech. After installing probably 20 to 25 Generacs ranging from a 8 KW up to 45 Kw.
   I believe you can't go wrong with a standy Generac generator of any size.

5. Norwall made it easy

   I am the type of person that does a lot of research before i buy, so i ended up with Norwall. At first i called them and they informed me it was a simple process to do it online, which i did and she was right. Placed the order the 31st of Oct. had it by the 9th. Ups showed up and the driver wheeled right in my garage and we both checked over the Generator. Its installed and ready, piece of mind. Norwall made it easy and got order in when Sandy hit and short delivery time. Thanks Norwall.

   Norwall sales rep was helpful over the phone and eased the process of investing in an expensive piece of equipment. Shipping was included in the price, came in a week and included lift-gate service which is $150+ value. The build quality of the unit is high for its intended purpose.

8. Your own power

   My family had enough following 5 consecutive days without electric service following an ice storm on January 5, 2005. We installed the 14 kw model after pouring a concrete pad inMay 2005. We can tell you that this unit performs when you need it - whether we are home or away from home. Great investment and piece of mind.

10. A Perfect Transaction From Beginning to End

    Norwall Power Systems was terrific to work with from start to finish. My Generac 14K 200 Amp standy-by generator was delivered in perfect condition and exactly as Norwall promised. I had absolutely no hesitation in ordering online. Their website was simple and easy to negotiate. Norwall's prices were excellent and far better than their competitors. There was even a discount offered for paying by check. Their customer service personnel were knowledgeable, polite and professional. In all, I could not have asked for a better experience.
