Features:
• External common fault alarm: This 14kw Generac generator allows for a connection to drive a common alarm if any shutdown for the generator occurs
• Wiring Error: Gives indication if the transfer switch is connected incorrectly without allowing board damage to your 14kw Generac generator
• Battery Sentinal: Monitors battery to indicate that the battery is going to fail or if it has failed
• Generator High Voltage Shutdown
• Internal Fault Shutdown: Shuts down your 14kw Generac generator in event of controller failure
• Nexus Controller: +/- 1% voltage regulation, smart charging battery system where output voltage is dependent upon ambient temperature and only charges the system when needed
• External Mainline Circuit Breaker: Allows power shutdown without having to open or unlock the enclosure
• Digital NEXUS Controller, Two-line LCD Tri-lingual

I am very happy with the GENERATOR and feel safe knowing I don't have to worry if we have a power outage; also pleased with the shipping and handling. and I would recommend Norwall to my friends.

Finally, peace of mind

My wife and I live in the country and are subject to at least one power outage every year. After researching generators for some time, we settled on the Generac 14kW with the whole house back up ATS. Norwall offered a very, if not the most competitive price we could find. The generator delivered as scheduled and we were kept updated on our order status including final delivery notification. The unit functioned as advertised under test conditions. We feel we are ready for the next power outage. For those of you that are concerned about ordering big ticket items on line, don't be concerned if you choose Norwall.

Simple Installation

After lots of research online and a few big box store visits we decided to purchase the Generac 14kW Model with the Nexus controller. Called customer service at Norwall and the order process went smoothly. The generator was delivered on a lift gate truck right to my garage within a few weeks. Prepared a simple 3' x 4' level gravel pad and ran the 1" black pipe for the natural gas line right to the site chosen (easy for an average DIY). Had my local electrician wire the unit up and ran it today for the first time. He commented that the Nexus controller saved him lot's of time (and me money). The unit runs quietly and the switching is perfect. I can not believe I didn't do this sooner! My neighbors are considering a purchase as well.
