1. Best thing I did for piece of mind.

   Im so glad I decided to install a generac 17kw in my home and my girlfriends home too. After the hurricane sandy i didnt want to deal with no power for days again,also my girlfriend lives alone also didnt like the idea of no power for days. Norwall has been great when I called them for advice and the delivery was as they said. Thank you Norwall.

2. Peace of Mind

   I have power outages all the time and was tried of family being home while i was at work without heat,lighting or air cond. This unit starts and runs about 10 seconds after power drops out. Starts every time and quiet so your not even waked at night when it starts up.

   We installed the generator as per generac installation manual,national codes and 30 years of experience as a electrical contractor, so far so good NO PROBLEMS.

   I can honestly say that these Generac generators have been the best investment for our home. Most recently we had lost the power in our home. And this generator kept us comfortable. Our neighbor’s did not have a generator so I ran power cords to them so they did not freeze. At the 4th day of still no power people in our neighborhood where getting restless. Lucky for us we had installed a Generator and now I have been very busy installing them at my neighbors houses and word of mouth has been a great selling point and at Nowall the money you save and hassle free shipping I would not buy from anyone else. Also write a review and get a $10.00 store credit. Thank You

5. Highly Recommended this unit for when the power go's out!!!

   I have been using Norwall power Systems for all of my Generator needs and when it comes to customer service Norwall has always proven to be the industry leader. The generators are always shipped right to your door ready to be installed and are ready to go. Also I have never had a problem with them performing when the lights go out. I have had them installed now for over 4 years and knock on wood never have I had a problem. This unit I installed at my personal house and we had just lost power during Hurricane Sandi the generator ran for 4 straight days with not one problem. When the power came on I had checked the oil and it was at the right level never lost any oil and the oil is still clean and the generator running perfectly. I am so happy with to performance and reliability it is all I use for my installations for my customers homes Thank You Norwall Power Systems.

6. Several Power Outages

   After several power outages during recent storms and watching my neighbors deal with flooded basements, it was time to count on something a little more reliable than my battery back-up system for my sump pump. Did extensive research on the back-up "select circuit" generators and decided to purchase Generac. Viewed several websites and finally decided to order my Generac model # 6053 from Norwall PowerSystems for the following reasons.
   1. Price was the same for most websites, but Norwall PowerSystems showed the most loyalty to customers and presented a strong customer focus on their site
   2. I was offered a bonus gift card at the time of purchase
   3. I got a $10 Store Credit for giving a review of my purchase
   4. Shipping was included
   Norwall was great to deal with, their website kept me informed of the progress of delivery of my order every step of the way! The delivery people were excellent - kept me informed as well. Truck arrived on time at my destination on time to my home and service was lift-gate with curb-side delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition! The installation was done wihtout issue by my contractor - couldn't have been more pleased! The generator has already kicked into "live action" once when I was out of town. Lost electricity for 2 hours during that event - generator powered my critical circuits as if no disruption ever took place! Totally satisfied with HPS and highly recommend them for your power needs!generator is like an appliance, it is a necessity we need in our home just like we need our fridge and stove. I would highly recommend this company as everything went pretty much perfect. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience or product.

10. New Gererac installed at my business

    The 17 KW unit installed at my rental unit was the best and easiest one I have purchased to date. Thanks to the fine folks at HMC Generators in Prairieville, La. 70779. They took care of all the permits and details for the installation and hook-up. My tennants had little are no down time in their business. Their PM service is exceptional.
