I recieved the GP17,500E in a very timely manor along with the delivery driver could not be more helpful. I found putting it together was very easy. When I tried the generator out, it started up with no problem and everything worked the way it was supposed to. I highly recommend this generator to others.I did replace my electric panel so I could have a transfer switch built in to the electric panel. Thanks for the fast delivery and the communications I recieved from Norwall power systems keeping me informed with the shipping information.

This generac generator was shipped to me in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied to see that it was shipped on a heavy duty pallet. R/L Carriers also did a great job of delivering the generator to my home/ shop. The way that the frame is put together with rounded corners on the bottom helped me to be able to put the axles and wheels on without killing myself lifting one side at a time to put a floor jack under it and raise it high enough to put it all together. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of only two miner problems that I found. One was the Positive battery cable from the battery to the starter rubs against the center vertical frame rail. I had to put a rubber guard around the cable with zip ties to protect it from grounding out against the frame if it rubbed through in the future. The second problem was the way that the gas line from the tank to the motor was routed. It goes at a angle downward coming out of the tank and then it goes up over a center rail and back down to the motor. I will drill a hole in the cross rail and install a rubber grommet so the fuel line will have a straighter path from the tank to the motor. Other than that it is very well made. I only had to put oil in the motor, put gas in the tank, and hook up the battery. It did not take but a few seconds to start up the first time. I ran it for awhile in both modes and it worked just like it was made to do. I ran some of my power tools to see how it managed the different loads and I found no other problems. I always look to buy things made in the USA and this is far and beyond better than foreign made junk and if I need parts in the future there is a dealer not to far from where I live. If this generator is the size you need I highly recommend it.
