Ordered this generator on friday norwall. By wednesday ups was calling me to deliver on thursday. Delivered on time shrink wrapped on a pallet no visible damage. No email from norwalk on shipping and tracking but it got there fast. I will be using this for camping. and I will get back with you to see how good it works. JR P.S. Rated on shipping only.8q5
