Champion 50 Amp Parallel Kit

The Champion Generator Parallel Kit doubles the power output of two Champion 2800 Watt or higher inverter generators.  It conveniently clips to the handles of one generator, keeping receptacles off the ground.  The kit adds a 120V 30 Amp twist-lock receptacle (L5039R) and a 120/240V 50 Amp receptacle (14-50R) for up to 50 Amps at 120 Volts. If the load on the generator exceeds the outlet capacity of 50 Amps, additional power is available from the generator outlets.

Note: The 50-Amp and 30 Amp Receptacles 120-Volts Only.

Champion Generator Parallel Kit for Portable Inverters 2800 Watts or Higher

1. Turn both generators off. Disconnect all cords and loads.
2. Place the Generators in a "V" formation at least 18-inches apart.
3. On each Generator, plug the red lead into the red port, the black lead into the black port, and connect the ground lead to the ground terminal.
4. Start both generators. Note the Blinking Green Light on both generators.
5. When the light is steady and not blinking, the generators are ready for a load.
6. Connect loads to the generator parallel kit receptacles, or to the generator receptacles.

Each receptacle can provide up to its rated capacity. The 50-Amp Generator Parallel Kit Receptacle can output a maximum of 50 amps at 120 volts.
